David Stojanik is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who began his career in 2002. He has a strong track record representing buyers, sellers, institutional landlords, and tenants throughout the Austin market. He leverages market expertise, exceptional sales skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to help manage and exceed clients expectations. A recognized industry leader, he has been named a “Heavy Hitter” by the Austin Business Journal and a “Power Broker” by Costar.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, David built a successful corporate sales career with Dell Computers. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.  In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf, snow skiing and spending valuable time with his wife, four children, and their two dogs.

Deron brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience serving clients throughout the Austin market and recently became a partner at Brentwood Commercial, LLC.  He has successfully represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across a wide range of transaction types. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Deron combines strong negotiation skills with extensive market knowledge to guide clients through every stage of the real estate process and deliver strategic, results-oriented solutions.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Deron built a successful career in the technology sector, holding positions with Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and SolarWinds. His background in corporate sales and client management provides a unique perspective that benefits businesses, investors, and property owners alike.

A lifelong Austin native, Deron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, swimming at Barton Springs, and playing golf.
